„Unser“ Harz

We hadden niet verwacht dat het een winterwandeling zou worden😅

Er wachtte ons een sprookjesachtig landschap 😊 geweldig!!!!

Vandaag hebben we het kleine caching rondje gedaan.

Het weer werd gek 😅

Hagel, sneeuw en zonneschijn, alles inbegrepen 😅

Helaas was de laatste cache er niet, maar het rondje was leuk!!!

Vandaag hebben we een wandeling gemaakt met Mia en Fin die we al lang niet meer hebben gedaan. Ook hier helaas overal dode bomen, maar toch een geweldig landschap!

Het weer hield tot de middag goed stand, maar toen werden we echt nat.

Was leuk!!!

Vandaag was het weer zover, we hebben de Brocken-beklimming weer samen gedaan😊 geweldig!!!!

Hanna liep zelfs met ons mee terug naar de auto.

Alle 3 gefeliciteerd met een bijzondere prestatie!!!

Today was the annual Brocken ascent with grandchildren, for the first time also with children 😊 It was a lot of fun again! The weather played along too 😊

We are finally allowed to go on holiday again in the Harz Mountains and we were immediately drawn to the highest peak 😅

We hadn't done this hike like this before and the blooming cotton grass that lay like snow on the landscape impressed us!

Today we went on a hike to the Hanskühnenburg. The weather cooperated and it was a nice autumn hike! 😊

Today we went on another hike in the Brocken area. The change caused by the dead forest is enormous! If the flowers on which the insects cavort were not blooming next to the dead trees, it would be very depressing.

But so I think nature knows what it is doing ...

Today we were on a stamp hunt and have collected a few stamps that are difficult to incorporate into a hiking tour. We always enjoy doing this little hike, but here too we were surprised how the bark beetle has changed the landscape verändert

Today we did the ground hike with our grandchildren Mia and Fin and they stuck it out 😊 the stamps in the hiking pass helped 😉

Always one of the most beautiful hikes in the Harz!

While the kids drove back to Wernigerode with their steam locomotive, I walked back to the car

Yes, we are extremely proud and it is nice to be in the Harz again

Unfortunately, I did not start recording until after my visit to the zoo "

After the family was transported to the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway, I returned to the car to pick them up again in Wernigerode

Today we wandered the beautiful Selketal-Stieg. Beautiful, especially in spring, with the many wildflowers along the way. After the beautiful Köthener hut with the Freunschaftsklippe and the cross, we visited for the first time the Carlswerk in Mägdesprung. What was worth it!

Our last hike in the Harz we have made so to speak on cloud nine, because the cloud cover today hangs quite deep🤣 our return journey was demanding, but also beautiful.
