For me as a city bike cyclist a real test whether the lungs are still okay. From Dernau long climb and then to Kaltenborn as the highest point. Then several km descent with over 50km. Via Altenahr and Mayschoß through picturesque views back to Walporzheim to the hotel “Zum Sänger”
