Did this in 30-degree heat and it was really tough. I have now edited out a few of the less pleasant gravel tracks. This should be a fun route in dry conditions.

There is a footpath alongside a marina that is technically not for cycling. Ignore or push your bikes along (It's not far). Also, part of the route is along a private road. Again, not an issue as access is easy.
