NOTES:
* As always with my collections I have the route or two and then I have my actual day's rides.
* My journey only includes a bit from Bangkok to Satun and the border with Malaysia (I transferred through Langkawi, a Malaysian island).FOOD:
* You will be delighted that you will be able to find everything you want in Thailand. The Lotus branded supermarkets are good for everyone (UK people will recognise it as Tesco). Veg and fruit markets are usually only in the morning, especially floating markets. Non-touristy ones are hard to come by. Tha Kha, about a day and half's ride from Bangkok has very few tourists but only runs Friday and Saturday mornings.ACCOMMODATION:
* Plenty and with a large range to cover everyone's budget. Wild camping is easy and finding spots on the coast or further inland is easily possible. It is also possible to stay in the many temples (Wat). When you arrive just ask one of the monks and they will point you in the right direction. They will often offer food as well, you should take this.
* There are also Highest Patrol places to stay, see this link booking.hwpdth.comROADS:
* Roads are of very good quality and even the side roads through the countryside are asphalted and well-maintained.PEOPLE:
* Everyone you meet will be kind and most will speak some level of English.LASTLY:
