Belchen - Münstertal

Today I was on a great hike on the Belchen in pleasant company with Markus.

Today the journey became the goal again, but it certainly wasn't the view 😀

From the circular tour from three weeks ago, this time a route tour from the monastery St.Trudpert to Wiedener Eck, since the buses are running again, these tours are simply ideal if you don't want to walk downhill

Unfortunately, the rise was a small-grained forest, was good to walk, but without change, I just like the narrow forest roads rather 😉

Nice round, at the beginning on a narrow path along the Neumagen, then a bit overgrown and a path devastated by the storm. The tour was a good 9 kilometers long on a very nice narrow hiking trail - wonderful !!

At the Katzenstuhl, at the Riestersattel and at the Gablereckhütte this tour is simply great and highly recommended. I would walk the way back straight down to the valley from km 9 and along the Neumagen back, because… meer lezen

Especially with tours as beautiful as today, I realize how beautiful it is here in the Black Forest, and then I am extremely grateful to live where others go on vacation.

These views of the Rhine Valley and the mountains today in the most varied shades of green and the beautiful sky were something special… meer lezen

have just started running - have discovered a nice round, would start next time to the beginning of the round (mine Teufelsgrund) from there you run directly into the forest and can extend the round from there.

Walked up early from the Staufen Süd train station to St. Barbara, as always with the best view, and continued on a beautiful path up to the Etzenbacher Höhe with the next view of the Belchen and Hohen Kelch.

Once this climb is done, there is a nice up and down with slightly increasing meters in altitude… meer lezen

Today we just walked haphazardly from the campsite in Staufen to the Münstertal train station, then a few meters above Münstertal where we discovered a bench with a very beautiful view of the St. wide paths we went back down into the valley and back on mostly beautiful single path along the Remagen.

Looking for a tour, I found what I was looking for at Markus today, thank you for sharing Markus.

At the end of the small side valley Süßenbrunn (hiking car park) the tour begins, which first leads around the Köpfleberg before the summit cross is reached from the back. Great view to Münstertal, towards… meer lezen

Yes, I, in contrast to your last hike, was really spring with me, you were so snowed-by-looks but really great :-)

Starting from Grunern, the beautiful path runs up to the Katzenstuhl, for me the second time and I am thrilled again by this path. There is also a new bench upstairs at the Katzenstuhl, pleasant for a break after the climb.

The route always ran only on sections, was now the whole track times off.

After quite crisp first ascent to Etzenbacher hut ran the other 7 km on most beautiful narrow roads, up and down-very recommendable.

Started at the end of cold water and went straight to it

500 m on a wonderful serpentine path on soft forest floor with a fairly constant uphill gradient. The first view was that of cold water, from this side of the Belchen the views are very rare, but you can enjoy the paths to the fullest, rooted, soft… meer lezen

At the beginning a little bit along the Neumagen along, then left high on beautiful forest roads, sometimes wide then again singletrack with very pleasant grades. Above, without much altitude, you have always great views to the Belchen, later direction Schauinsland and also into Rhine Valley.
