In Rees the wind finally slowed down a bit ... we know the Rhine side well, so we decided to follow the circular route suggested on the excellent information boards around the parts of the city wall that still exist. For us again a new view of the beautiful city and a successful end to our "Lower Rhine Day".

Fantastic tour, varied round with lots of storks, great panoramic views of the Rhine valley, on Xanten's cathedral, geologically interesting, Gothic chapel and church, windmill, nice town center ... Absolutely recommended for leisurely hikers like us 😉👍
