Another long planned tour!

Since it had rained until ten in the morning, I only started at twelve in the direction of the Helmstadt train station.

The first stretch to the TECHNO Park via Asbach was dry and it went quickly!

Thank you for pointing this out - my aunt had lived in the Herzsteige - across from the old nursery.

In the 60s everything looked very different and there was also the old linden tree!

I have planned almost the same tour, start and finish in Mosbach and Diddese.

Renate and I discovered the owl smithy by chance the other day, thanks to an advertising poster in front of Sulzbach. A great location when the weather is nice.

I wanted to say hello to Kurt, but he was just on his way home from Augsburg.

The stretch from Allfeld to the KJ cycle path is boring!

I would try to drive directly across the country to Untergriesheim.

Otherwise, the tour is nice and varied.

Parking is great under the bridge in Diedesheim.

In the Elztal the diversions are already permanent. Sometimes unnecessary, but you try hard. The path from Allfeld to the Schefflenz estuary is partly a forest path and accordingly.

Unfortunately, after my Upper Danube Tour, I was completely absent due to an acute inflammation of the pancreas (it hurts a lot ...) with a simultaneous infection by something, it was not found out in the hospital what it was.
