@Olaf, yes I had to unscrew the piece of rubber. Since they have at least almost a full profile as the sole, they should also be able to ride with flat pedals.

I also have the Arctic from 2 years ago, super comfortable shoes and can withstand something, the only downer after 2 hours with a lot of splashing water with high pressure, they eventually draw water.

I used to drive the or the predecessor model with clicks - was super satisfied, but at some point the shoe heaven will also be reached there.

@Andreas at these temperatures you get along well for the first 2 hours, then depending on the first signs of cold.

The model is still available in a GoreTex version, but I didn't want it

I have the old Arctic with Goretex, they were 7-9 degrees today almost 3h 45 min with summer socks still acceptable, with winter socks on tours over 2h to about 3 degrees below, I still put on overshoes, but the feeling of cold and blood circulation in the extremities are also very good individual.
