Line 42, or "Amblève line", is a Belgian railway line following the route of the Amblève river from its tributary in the Ourthe (at Rivage, in the town of Comblain-au-Pont), to Trois-Ponts, where the Salm voldoet, dat de lijn teruggaat naar zijn bron, in Bovigny, niet ver van Gouvy, een voormalig knooppuntstation nabij de Luxemburgse grens.
