Wie door een van de drie sierlijke portalen naar binnen gaat, treft een magnifiek barok interieur aan - een meesterlijke markgraafkerk, zelfs zonder preekstoel. Het nieuwe schip is vanaf de 15e eeuw aan de toren bevestigd en rijkelijk gemeubileerd. Het eerste dat opvalt is de driehoek met het oog van God boven de koorgewelf, omringd door een ware muur van vuur en vaandels die de glorie van God verkondigen. Merkwaardig verschijnt de onderkaak van een ezel, die de bijbelse held Samson in zijn handen draagt als steun voor de preekstoel. Krachtige beelden verkondigen de christelijke boodschap.
