The idea for the construction of the tower goes back to the textile manufacturer Karl Siebel, who wanted to build the tower above his factory. Officieel mag je de toren niet meer beklimmen. Daarom is het uitzicht helaas niet meer zo goed. Maar de weg ernaartoe is geweldig.
