South Portugal Bikepacking Overnighter

Mini bikepacking adventure in South of Portugal. I started the trip from Sagres and followed the coast up till Aljezur. From Aljezur I headed inland following the forest roads to the mountains and town of Marmelete. From Marmelete, I started the descent down to the coast and Lagos making a loop by the lake area. Unfortunately, most of the lake had dried out. Beautiful gravel roads taking you through a good variety of nature and sceneries. Service points available regularly on the route which made restocking easy. Route included some rougher sections which required short hike-a-bikes.
