I went on the Hennef cultural land route in January 2018 together with Uta. Back then I had liked it well and today I did the round again, this time without Uta, but with leaves on the trees. :-)

Now, for the first time, I have walked an adventure trail victory for the second time. Two years ago, at the beginning of my Komoot time, I was already out and about on the Hennef orchard trail. For today's hike, I once again chose one of the adventure trails, the village path.



It leads from the station Eitorf through some villages on the Westerwald side the victory. And what can I say, the tour is varied and beautiful over long distances.

How do I start today? I'll start with the expectation of this tour. The first thought was that I would walk through huge meadows with colorful flowers as far as the eye can see. But on the map I could see that the loop mainly leads through forest. Hm, how does that fit together?

Now I finally managed to go hiking in Windeck. The meander path leads through a beautiful landscape. With castle ruin Windeck, the museum village, the ascent to the orbit of Dreisel and the victory waterfall, there are many great highlights on the tour. After the mud fight yesterday, things should be a little more relaxed today. That is why I chose the Times Trail in Windeck, one of the adventure trails of victory. What the name of this path is all about can be seen in Figures 4 and 5.

To get it straight from the start: The Landlebenweg deserves its name. It leads through the very rural northeast of the municipality of Windeck. Some nice villages are on the way, so that at least from the outside you can also see something of the life in the country.
