Wandern im Ruhrgebiet

Today we went hiking to the Baldeneysteig.

We started in Essen Kupferdreh, where you could both arrive relaxed by train and park for free. Then we went over the beautiful railway bridge of the Ruhr Valley Railway and relaxed along the bank for a while before the climb led us relatively steeply upwards… meer lezen

This time I went to Hagen.

The 3 Türme Weg in Hagen is the first premium hiking trail in the Ruhr area, which leads past the Bismarck Tower, Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm and Eugen-Richter-Turm and is actually 11.6 km long. Since I came by train, I also had to walk to and from the train station.

Today I had a spontaneous ride to Essen - Saturday service from the treasure is good for something 🤭😅
