Welsh Mountains - Winter Collection

The events of 2020 meant that a Winter season of blissful mountain hikes as part of my on-going mission to climb all of the Welsh Nuttalls (mountains over 2000ft with a 40 summit contour prominence) was a bust. So, in order to make up for last year, I am dedicated this Winter Season to Wales. Winter hiking despite being filled with obvious trepadations for those less confident can be some of the most breath taking and exhilarating walking you can experience. Just make sure you pack extra layers and have the right equipment.This collection will recommend Hikes that are accessible in winter, and routes that even the less experienced can feel confident in navigating.I will be completing the hikes over the December period but adding to them as I go through the rest of the new year.
