The Green Divide Divided

A two day bike-pack weekend adventure! Riding a big part of the Green Divide route (by Erwin Sikkens) on day 1. A beautiful route over known and unknown gravel roads.
At the Proloog in Amerongen we met 2 other riders who were doing the same route that day and which also planned to sleep in Loenen. We ended up riding together! Had lunch and ended day 1 with a beer on a terras in Loenen. Such a great experience. The real gravel way of riding, meeting like-minded people and riding long! Thanks Johan and Ewout. Day 2 we created our own route, which started with the beautiful Veluwe in the early morning. We drove to the river IJssel to bring a beer to my fellow graveler's deceased father. We climbed the Holterberg and rode over lot's of nice Gravel roads. Ending the day in Deventer where we took the train back home. Can't wait for the next adventure!
